Web development and business systems since 2015
We build websites and systems that
We build custom websites, online stores and internal tools for companies that need reliable delivery, clear technical execution and measurable business results.

Trusted by clients across Europe, the US and the Middle East
Working solutions
A selection of platforms, web applications and business systems we have built from the ground up.
Rentif — a rental platform where listings, bookings and payments work together
Rentif needed a rental platform built from scratch, where people can rent out and book items. We built the public platform and admin system that brings listings, bookings, agreements, payments and invoices into one place.
Rufstern — service ecommerce and order management
Services
Websites, ecommerce, platforms and integrations built to support sales and reduce manual work.
Websites
For companies whose website needs to sell, build trust and be easy to manage in-house. We build fast, clear and manageable websites that help visitors find the right service and send an enquiry.
Online Stores
For companies that need an online store where buying is simple for the customer and orders, payments, invoices and management work as one system.
Software development
For companies where work is spread across spreadsheets, email threads and disconnected tools. We build custom software that brings information, tasks and decisions into one place, so daily work is easier to manage.
Built as a business asset
Fast, manageable and fully under control.
A good website or system builds trust, supports sales and does not become a burden after launch. Text, images, services and articles can be updated anytime without waiting for a developer. Code, content, accounts and access stay under your control.
Business-first process
Clear scope, a concrete price and visible progress from idea to launch.
Brief
Describe the goal, the current problem and the result you want. That is enough for a first honest estimate.
Proposal preparation
We define the solution, scope, price and timeline in writing, so the proposal is clear and easy to compare.
Design & Build
You see the solution take shape in a staging environment: the visible side – pages, forms and checkout – and the logic behind it. You can follow the build throughout the project.
Launch & Support
We launch, check the main user flows and show the team how to manage the solution. After that, we continue with support or a full handover.
Budget ranges
A clear budget range before you decide to move forward.
A good project starts with a realistic budget. We show the usual starting ranges for business websites, ecommerce and custom systems upfront.

Client outcomes
What clients value once the solution is live and in use.
For us, it was important that the website would be easy to manage ourselves. We can update projects and content on our own, and when something needs to be developed further, Exclose is quick to help.
We did not just need a new website, but a full rental platform. Exclose built a solution where listings, availability, bookings, agreements, payments and invoices work together. For us, management became much clearer and there is less manual coordination.
For us, the most important thing was that the readings would be reliable and everything would match. Now we can immediately see where the data comes from, whether it is correct and what needs review.
Before you start
Clear answers to the questions companies ask before choosing a development partner.
How do you compare to a WordPress agency or a freelancer?
A WordPress agency can be a good fit when you need a simple marketing website quickly and on top of a ready-made framework. A freelancer can work well for smaller tasks where the scope is clear and the technical risk is low.
We are a better fit when the website, online store or system is business-critical: it needs to be fast, reliable, manageable and ready to grow. We agree the scope, price and responsibility clearly before work starts, and build a solution that is not dependent on a fragile theme, random plugin stack or closed platform.
Will we own the website or system?
Yes. The code, design files, content, accounts and access belong to you. We can host and maintain the solution for you, or hand it over to you. We do not build projects in a way that forces you to keep working only with us later.
What if the project goes over budget?
The proposal includes a clear scope and price. The budget only changes if the scope changes and you approve the new price first. If we estimate the work incorrectly on our side, that does not become an extra cost for you.
How fast can we start?
We reply within two working days. Work usually starts within 2–3 weeks after the scope is confirmed. From the first conversations, you speak with the people who will actually build the project.
How do you quote?
We start with what needs to improve in your business. Then we define the scope, technical approach, timeline and price. If the scope is not clear enough yet, we say so and explain what needs to be clarified before a proper proposal.
What if we want to change things after launch?
Text, images, services, completed work and articles can usually be updated in-house. A developer is needed for new features, larger design changes or new integrations.
What's not in scope?
We usually do not handle logo design, brand identity from scratch or paid media management. If the project needs those parts, we can recommend partners who specialise in that work.
Ask for an initial estimate
Send a few sentences about what you want to build or improve.
We reply within two working days with an initial estimate, next steps and the questions needed to scope the work.
