Rufstern needed a clear buying flow for selling online reputation services, not just a service presentation. Customers need to compare platforms and packages, choose the right service, pay and track their order status.

The public store is built with Next.js and the backend with Node.js. PostgreSQL stores products, customers and orders. Admin tooling and APIs connect purchase, payment and fulfilment into one trackable process.

The public website stays simple for the customer: packages, prices, payment options, purchase terms and a customer account for tracking orders. Behind the scenes, orders, payments and invoices move through one admin system.

Platforms and packages had to be easy to compare. Checkout had to send each purchase directly into order management. The admin team needed a clear view of customers, payments and work status.
