Rufstern needed a buying flow for online reputation services that was clearer than a standard agency portfolio. Customers need to compare platforms and packages, choose a service, pay and pass order details into the same workflow.
The public site is built with Next.js and the backend with Node.js. PostgreSQL stores products, customers, orders and operational state. Redis supports fast reads and background work around checkout and admin flows. The admin gives the team one place to track each order from purchase to fulfilment.
The public site stays practical: packages, prices, payment options, legal pages and customer account routes. Internal work no longer has to be stitched together from email and spreadsheets.
