Rentif is a rental platform where people can rent out their own items and others can book them. For this kind of platform, listings alone are not enough. Search, availability and user accounts have to work alongside deposits, payments and rental documents as one complete system.
We built a platform where renters can browse categories and locations, view listings and make bookings. Item owners can add listings, manage availability and respond to rental requests from one place.
A key part of the project was the trust and administration layer: identity verification, driving licence checks, invoices, rental agreements and accounting data are tied to the same rental flow. The result is a platform that does not need to be managed through separate forms, spreadsheets and manual agreements, and can grow with new rental categories and workflows over time.
